We are open every Tuesday, year-round. Our hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. April through October and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. November through March.

We have two different flea markets. Root’s Old Mill Flea Market is open every Tuesday, year-round, from 6 a.m. until dusk. Root’s Saturday Flea Market is open every Saturday, April through November, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (except for mid-May for the Heart of Lancaster Arts & Crafts Show, Labor Day weekend, and the Root’s Annual Christmas Show the weekend of Thanksgiving).

Call our office on Monday to request a space for the following day. We’ll provide pricing for the space when you contact us. Find more information about what’s required on our Standholder Directory page.

Our poultry auction happens every Tuesday, with equipment being sold at 3 p.m. and animals being sold at 4:30 p.m. Receiving runs from 8 a.m. until the end of the auction. Our produce auction happens every Tuesday as well, with produce being sold at 1 p.m., flowers at 4 p.m., and shrubs at 6 p.m. Receiving runs from 7 a.m. to the end of the auction.
